Hartness is an upscale community located in the heart of South Carolina's upstate. Their need was to create a video that would promote their community on the web. At the time of production, the community had yet to be constructed. All that existed was the land for the future location and a current mid-range community. The solution was to shoot what already existed and to give the "feel" for the lifestyle of this future development.

 

With the vision and keys aspects from the designers in mind, I wanted to represent this community's luxury lifestyle, while giving it an ethereal feel - almost as if it was out of this world.
